Acces to and use of the website are strictly personal. You will refrain from using the date and information of this website for your own commercial, political or advertising purposes, as well as for any commercial offers, in particular unsolicited electronic offers.
2. COLLECTED INFORMATION.
The personal data is the data that can be used to contact or identify you. Under the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) personal data is defined as: “any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person”. Unique Dresses would never collect any sensitive information about the customers. The only information we will have about the customers, is the information the customer give us itself. We will explain further below.
3. WHEN YOU SET UP AN ACCOUNT.
The information we will collect about you are: email adress, full name, billing- and shipping adress, phonenumber, visited and linked product and order history.
We use this information for your order and to make sure that you will receive your package. With this information you can also create an account on our website, subscribe to our newsletter, manage your account and checking your order history.
The processing for your account is based on your interests, we can give you more information about your liked products or making your purchases quicker on the checkout page.
You can remove your account on Unique Dresses any time you want, as soon as the account is removed, all the information will be deleted from our system.
4. WHEN YOU MAKE A PURCHASE.
4.1. We will ask for the following information to complete your order: full name, billing- and shipping adres, phone number, email adres, payment information details. We will use this information for the following purposes:
- For sending your order
- For preventing and detecting any fraud
- For updating you about the delivery or any other updates about the order via e-mail or sms
- For notifying you about the changes of our services
- For notifying you about any returns and exchanges, return process and the refunds.

5.1. We will collect and process the following information: Name, ordernumber (full information that is given in to the ordernumber), and emailadres. We will use this information for the following purposes:

In case of calling Unique Dresses we won’t register any phonenumbers. All the phone numbers that called our customer service, won’t be used or given to any third-parties. These numbers will be deleted every day.
6. NEWSLETTER AND OTHER MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS.
6.1. If you choose to give your email address on the website for subscribing on the newsletter, you will receive marketing messages by email. These are only to warn you for the upcoming sales, events or any discounts. If you want to unsubscribe, this can be done at any time.
You can click on the UNSUBSCRIBE LINK at the end of the email. From that moment, you won’t receive any newsletters anymore.
7. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION.
We will never sell or give your personal data to any third-party. Any information collected about you will stay in our system, we won’t use it for any other marketing stuff and we won’t share it with any other companies.
8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We will hold your personal data as long as you have an account or any orders with us. If you will delete your account, all the information will be deleted once we have used it and no longer need it.
